I have installed and reinstalled the Dashlane Extension in Edge from the Store many times. I can sign in no problem via the extension or within the app itself. However, the Dashlane Impala icons fail to show up in the sign-in boxes of my password protected websites. I.e.CostCo, banks, CC companies etc. As this shows, the Dashlane icon is highlighted on the upper right, so it IS indicating I'm signed in.
BUT, no impalas in the boxes. This is the scenario for all of my sites.
Dashlane works fine in Chrome and Firefox; never a problem. I prefer Edge because for me it is much faster loading and browsing. Dashlane was helping me along but then disappeared. Haven't heard from their Windows / Edge tech like I was supposed to for two weeks.

Hello, The only change I made was adding the Ad Block extension, which I have subsequently removed. I have never used IE for anything. I have been in touch with Dashlane support off and on since March 3rd and just heard back from them again yesterday.
It was taking so long I decided to ask the Community in the mean time. They are currently trying to figure it out. And I'm waiting to hear from them again. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app numerous times to no avail. Should I leave this post as is or remove it until I hear from them?

I did hear from them today and they have basically thrown up their hands and said ' Our development team has indeed been hard at work trying to determine the cause of your issue, but I'm afraid your particular issue is rather rare and isolated, being specific to your configuration and device. We also receive many crash reports everyday, and unfortunately, we have to prioritize these general issues that affect a lot of Dashlane installations, and a lot of our users. Although we're unable to fix your issue for now, we hope that our future Dashlane updates will. Please rest assured that we are not giving up on you, and will do our best to have another look at your case if we manage to collect similar reports in the future.
